College Tuition Scholarships Helmholtz Center Munich/Institute of Clinical Molecular Biology and Tumor Genetics The group of Matthias Kieslinger at the Helmholtz Center Munich (Institute of Clinical Molecular Biology and Tumor Genetics) has identified Ebf proteins in the support of haematopoietic stem cells (Kieslinger et al., 2010). We use novel techniques in mouse genetics to further examine the role of these proteins.

Skills
- Standard methods of molecular biology and biochemistry
- Experience in cell culture
- Experience in handling mouse strains desirable
Qualifications
- Study of Biology, Biochemistry, or a closely related discipline
- Strong interest in pursuing an academic career
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
